At Ash’s Diary, every order is lovingly packaged and sent from our little studio in Australia.
We take care to ensure your stationery arrives safely and in perfect condition.
Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

During product launches, holidays, or sales, processing may take slightly longer.

Preorder items will include expected dispatch dates on their product listings.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Within Australia
We currently ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.

Standard Post - 3–8 business days - Most affordable option. Includes tracking.
Express Post - 1–3 business days - Faster delivery within the Express Post network.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
​
Orders over $100 AUD qualify for free standard shipping within Australia.

International Shipping
International shipping is currently limited but may be offered in the future. Please contact us at ashs.diary.creative.co@gmail.com if you’d like to arrange an international order.

We use protective mailers and eco-friendly packaging where possible.
Every order is wrapped with love to ensure your stationery arrives safe and sound.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of Australia Post.
If your parcel is delayed, we recommend checking your tracking details first.
For lost parcels, please contact us, we’ll do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee replacements for items marked as delivered by postal services.

Preorder Items
If you’ve ordered a mix of in-stock and preorder items, your order will be shipped once all items are available.
If you’d like the in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
